During holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc, Caesars Palace mixes up the menu, while charging more.
Holiday 2021 prices apply to both brunch and dinner buffets, and are as follows:
From 12/20/21 to 12/30/21: $89.99
New Year’s Eve: $129.99
New Year’s Day 2022: $119.99
Also, Caesars is asking that guests only stay at the buffet for 90 minutes. We’ve heard of 2 hour limits before, but this is a new, lower-bar.

The popular buffet underwent a massive multimillion-dollar renovation that features a new design, upgrades and for the first time, it will introduce reservations.
The buffet’s look and feel will also be notably different. The new design is said to have a fresh, nature concept that will also give customers a clear view of the Bacchanal’s nine open, interactive and state-of-the art kitchens. The transformation was led by designer Tetsuo Aoyagi, with Tokyo’s MUKU design studio inc., who was the original designer when the buffet first opened in 2012.
