Bacchanal Buffet, which opened in 2012, has been “a world-renowned culinary destination for many years,” said Sean McBurney, Caesars Entertainment regional president.

In addition to the design improvements, Bacchanal will introduce more than 30 new dishes, including Japanese wagyu hotdogs and spicy seafood dips served from traveling dim sum-style food carts, Chipotle Bourbon Grill oysters, new vegan items, authentic Roma-style pizza . , and deserts like Death with Chocolate Chip Cookies.
