The owners of Eatt Gourmet Bistro from chef Yuri Szarzewski, pastry chef Vincent Pellerin, and manager Nicolas Kalpokdjian debuted Partage (French for sharing). Szarzewski’s tasting menu features five for $80 per person, seven for $100, or nine courses for $130 per person and a core menu of tasting dishes such as halibut, squid, and lobster; oxtail croque monsieur, chicken cordon bleu, and veal sweetbreads; and vegetarian dishes squash blossoms, sweet pea chilled soup, and egg parfait. Large dishes meant for two to three people include a 20-ounce Iberico secreto deglazed with soy sauce and honey, an 18-ouce whole breast with a ginger crust, and 18-ounce rib-eye steak.

3.Gäbi Coffee & Bakery
Enter through the large, antique door and transport yourself back to an imagined Korean coffee shop, circa 1907-1910, roasting its own beans and serving some of the most visually enticing dishes in Las Vegas. Gäbi Coffee & Bakery features a greenhouse where the coffee is created, hundreds of visual accents to catch the eye, and a wooden seating area equipped with its own small slide. On the menu, juices, lattes, manual pour over coffees, plus espressos including the $5 Gäbi, a dry cappuccino with sprinkles of ground coffee and organic raw sugar.
