Rick’s Rollin Smoke BBQ & Tavern

The location is small yet quaint and welcoming. The aroma is amazing. The parking is ample. They provide an array of different sauces for different pallets. The sides are very very tasty.
Once inside you take a gander at the overhead menu. Not long after you see there is also a menu on the area where you order food. The smaller menu offers various combo plates.

The upstairs provides a place to unwind and relax with a few drinks. They know BBQ is best with beer so the team set up  16 beers on tap at the tavern upstairs.  John Mull’s Meats & Road Kill

John Mull’s Meats & Road Kill Grill in Las Vegas, Nevada featured on the Food Network, Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri. At John Mull’s Meats you’ll get exceptional customer service at great prices. The prices are as good  or better than most grocery store or warehouse prices. You will find top-quality beef, pork, poultry and a variety of other meats plus cheese, seasonings, sauces and rubs. Take home your meat selections and while you’re there grab a bite of some the best BBQ in Las Vegas at the Road Kill Grill.

This place is a meat lovers paradise folks. They sell their award winning sauce on site and they also will even dress and process the animals you bring to them  , try finding that service at butchers shops anymore and you won’t be able too.

The only drawback is how long it takes them to get people through their line and I don’t know why. The meat (except beef ribs) and sides are all ready and in bins. It takes only a minute for them to pack it in a divided to-go container. So I don’t understand why it takes so long. But it is worth the wait.
