What we love about this buffet is the whole roasted pig Hawaiian style on Tuesday’s at Aliante casino near North Las Vegas. One of the few places to get whole roasted pig in Las Vegas , and they have all the traditional sauces to go with everything including King’s Hawaiian rolls. A must try if your bored of the traditional buffet fare.Also try the Kahlua pork, Hawaiian sweetbreads, Huli Huli chicken, teriyaki pork chops, lau lau (pork wrapped in greens), and teriyaki-pineapple meatballs. Only thing missing is tiki torches and hula dancers.

The buffet also features dishes from around the world, with six cooking stations are making exactly what you’re hungry for. Feel like you’re sizzling south of the border at the fajita station, featuring specialty chili and a salsa bar. Italian classics, BBQ favorites, and so much more you won’t find anywhere else make every meal an adventure at Medley Buffet.

Along with holiday specials, Aliante will debut new March offerings including a New York Steak Filipelli, served with rice and beans and accompanied by traditional Capirotada at The Salted Lime for $19. Bistro 57 will continue happy hour offered daily from 4 to 6 p.m. along with the favorite all-you-can-eat pasta special every Sunday from open to close. MRKT Sea & Land will continue to offer happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. daily along with an early-bird special featuring prime rib, mashed potatoes and green beans for $18 during happy hour.

A modern eatery with a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere, MRKT (pronounced “Market”) Sea & Land at Aliante Station Hotel and Casino may be one of the loveliest off-Strip eateries in Las Vegas. The neutral toned steak and seafood restaurant features rich wood accents, plush banquettes, decorative glass fixtures hanging from the ceiling, and a colorful center bar adorned with panels of different images.
